Refund Policy

Baby Teethers

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on teethers that have been opened or used. (If not needed, we encourage you to gift or donate.)

Books

Books may be returned within 5 days of delivery. Since customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, we kindly encourage you to consider donating the book to someone in need or to a local public library instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email thesingingmom.fl@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. 2–3 clear photos of the issue (include packaging if possible)

You can choose a replacement, full refund, or store credit—whichever works best for you.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, email thesingingmom.fl@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If the carrier confirms the package was lost, you may choose a replacement or full refund.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
